We want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase and we will gladly resolve any issues on a case by case basis. Due to the fact our products are handmade and made to order we typically do not issue refunds. Any claims for items damaged in shipping must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order. Southern Mesa products are made to order and customized to your specifications during checkout. We hand make each piece just for you. Orders usually ship within 7-10 business days, but can take up to 21 business days depending on the status of current open orders. Custom orders will have a longer lead time, and will be closer to the 21 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation when your order has been shipped. We typically ship via FedEx Express for domestic orders. For International orders please email us  at christina@southernmesatrading.com for a personalized invoice. 

All of our signs and home decor are made with real wood and created by hand. Working with natural elements means there could be slight variations from piece to piece and from the photos online. We do our best to maintain cohesiveness while highlighting the natural beauty of the wood. Knots, grain, cracks, and natural holes are what make each piece unique.

We use high quality paint and each sign is distressed for a vintage feel. All signs are waxed for protection, but not recommended for outdoor use.
